I love atsuhina sm😭 I don’t think i could ever go back to kagehina solely because i loved how Atsumu truly believed Sho’s capabilities when they played against each other, tot the point of promising him to be his setter despite the Sho’s absence in the pro leagues after high school (mind you atsumu was looking for him too😩) and i think Sho also chose MSBY because of him (besides it was the team rival to Adlers and Bokuto is in MSBY too lol)

Let's not forget the main context of the story. Kageyama and Hinata are meant to be rivals from the start. Being apart is what makes them much stronger than before and keep their promise to keep on chasing each other. It's a good thing that Atsumu become Hinata's setter since I know he can treat him better, but danggg, I miss Kagehina so much.😭🥹

Kageyama challenged him and pushed him to become the player he could be, while Atsumu met the Hinata who had already grown and trusted him as the player he was. But I also think people overlook his middle-school friends, especially Izumin and the others, who stayed by his side even when volleyball wasn’t their forte, supported his dream before he had anything to prove, and were even willing to embarrass themselves just so he could play in the tournament. Kageyama pushed him, Atsumu recognized him, but his friends believed in him from the very beginning.

Hard topic for me. Yes I love watching Hinata and Kageyama together but at the end of the day they are still rivals. Rivals are meant to play on opposite sides. Hoshiumi is a great spiker for Kageyama due to Hoshiumi’s Aerial control and powerful spikes while Kageyama’s precision sets work perfectly for that. While Atsumu is a great setter for Atsumu’s crazy perfect sets that goes well with Hinata’s unpredictable crazy play style. Only difference is between them is Hoshiumi and Kageyama or more of a competitive serious duo while Atsumu and Hinata are a competitive having fun type of duo. They all bring the best out of eachother. As Hoshiumi and Hinata are similar and are perfect all round playing rivals while Kageyama and Atsumu are perfect rivals as they play the same position. Hinata makes Atsumu grow as a setter. Even tho it’s so hard to think about bc of how well Kageyama and Hinata play but they play at their best when they are on opposite sides. They push eachother to grow stronger when they are apart.
