This does not save money! I can get 2 blocks of cream cheese for $3…A gallon of milk is $4-$5… + lemon juice, addition milk for blending, and salt. Not to mention time and effort. 🙄

yes i always made at home but after you drain hot vinegar water add cold water into. mixture drain again because i dont like vinegar smell in the cream cheese
