Actually, it’s the fathers fault that they’re both going to jail because the mother was in the store already and he’s the one that left the baby by his self and now she hast to go to jail and stead of him saying that it’s his fault for leaving the baby in the car and call isn’t going to the bathroom. It’s not her fault it’s his fault so he should be the only one going to jail not her.

The father made a bad judgement, when he went into the toilet because of his diarrhea, but I think these parents set out to do the right thing. She went inside, he stayed in the car, it's not the worst case by any means. The police are over egging it. He left the child alone and acknowledged it was wrong. He should face a penalty for that, but I don't think she committed an offence.
