@genealotea: Nathaniel was a man born at the end of the 18th century in a rural farming community of Connecticut. Faith followed him everywhere he went and he became a leader of his church, all while tending to his farm, wife and 11 children. He died at 55 when his youngest children would’ve been teenagers and his wife Altana 54. Although his story ended in 1847, Altana’s continued. She remarried a man named Lyman Carpenter, and upon closer inspection I discovered a connection. In my next video, I will be discussing Altana’s later life and this connection. Come back for Altana’s story in The Family Archives pt 19! #TheFamilyArchives #AmericanHistory #Genealogy #FamilyTree #Genealogy
