there is an fanfic by Chinese fandom (including theories) that says Fatima was the first person who wrote letter to Muhammad about his feelings for Sitara, if he loved Sitara, his mother would propose to Sitara in Muhammad's name (as in the anime), so it's possible Muhammad hasn't received a reply letter whether Sitara agrees to the proposal or not. so until now he doesn't know if Sitara accepted his proposal

That would make sense because she certainly wouldn't ask Sitara without a reason. She knows that Muhammad has feelings for Sitara, but she doesn't know if she loves Muhammad or not, and she doesn't want to force her into something she doesn't want to do

I was happy that Mrs Fatima tell that to sitara,but then came the died scene,I know Muhammad still alive..but pls everytime I see them it make me cry..now I have go to school with that feeling..😭
