She said that despite losing everything in the floods, not a single member of her family has contacted her or asked about her condition. She raised her two daughters through years of struggle, saving every possible rupee to build a future for them. She says she even avoided eating meat to save money and slowly built the property she had today—only to see it swept away by the devastating floods. According to her, her family distanced themselves after she chose an inter-caste marriage. Now, while trying to rebuild everything from nothing, she says she is facing the pain of being abandoned by her own family when she needs them most. 💔🙏
