@uk14nna: You are never ever alone and once again here’s some helplines to help but I also have them pinned on my profile too 🩷 I would also like to include that if you are afraid to talk due to the ‘consequences’ or because you’re afraid of being ‘locked away’ the worst case scenario is being put in a hold for 72 hours where they keep an eye on you and make sure you are safe and you can get the help you need after those 72 hours, it is not as bad or scary as it seems But anyway here is some great hotlines that can help you 🩷 Mind - 0300 102 1234 Samaritans - 116 123 National suicide prevention hotline - 0800 689 5652 Shout ( text messages only ) 85258 CALM 0800 58 58 58 You can also call the emergency services too if you feel like you are a danger to yourself because they are also trained in mental health
