mango is life (you’ll need): - 1/2 a mango (save the rest for my next recipe!) - 1/2 cup oats - 1 small knob of butter - 2-3tbsp honey (to serve): - any yogurt you like! - extra honey if you love it like me method: 1. begin by peeling and slicing the two large pieces of mango from either side of the pip. 2. cube 1/2 of the mango into rough 1cm chunks. 3. save the rest of the mango as we will be using it tomorrow… 4. melt the butter in a small pan on a medium heat. 5. add in the cubed mango and fry for a few minutes. 6. scatter over the oats and drizzle over the honey. 7. mix it all together in the pan until the oats are evenly coated and are dispersed through the mango chunks. 8. cook for roughly another 5 minutes or until the oats have clustered around the mango chunks and are golden brown. 9. remove from the heat. 10. spoon the oat mango mixture on top of a bed of yogurt. 11. sprinkle over the dessicated coconut and finish with a drizzle of honey. enjoy xxx🥭 ##breakfast##yogurt##yogurtbowl##mango##EasyRecipes
