I’ve ran Deere… Vermeer.. and CNH… all bought new by me. you want a good bale and a heavier bale… you buy the CNH… more weight in every bale means fewer for me to move.

have to set your tail position on the number of wraps after it is cut...That extra couple of turns in the bale chamber cleans that up

A cnh baler will always leave the best net tail, especially when new. But when that blade gets dull…. Further the net that you have on the Massey bale is probably the worst stuff for it. They typically hate cheap, green net.

You’re not going to be the biggest fan of it when it comes to winter. the edge to edge wrap freezes, like a motherfucker on the bottom of the bale

Heard and seen vids on the axles are weak. Big tires and bale weight on a cheap ass lite tube. Not heavy enough the crack and break

look at the wobble ontop of the Cass bale mate, that's a shit bale, Massey bale looks way better, might need a new knife or tolerances reset

Put the same wrap in both, sharpen your knife on the Massey. Got 13500 on mine still makes a harder bale than a case at twice the speed

I worked on a newer Massy baler a few times. Only thing I can say it is an over engineered piece of junk. I will take an old NH 688 any day. It’s simple works well and reliable

used to run new hollands, never again, our last massey 2856 we had was at 42,000 bales my current 2856 is at about 19,000 dropping 15-1600 pound bricks, had 1 netwrap issue this year on just under 1200 bales and that was my mistake, also have a massey 4160v absolutely love that little baler
