Honestly, Singapore has been multiracial for quite sometime and living in racial harmony..... Why suddenly racism surfaces? Should the government go to the ground and understand why and not 'sentenced' or 'punished'? There must be somehow, somewhere went wrong in the society that triggered that. Imagine your children did something wrong, do you straight away punish or get to find out the root that leads to it and come out with a solution? My 2cents
