You can be grabbing coffee, running errands, or in the office one minute… and the next you’re surrounded by trees, walking along the James River, climbing through rocky trails, or catching a view that makes you forget you’re still in the city. Richmond has trails for pretty much every kind of hiker. Easy walks when you just need to get outside, challenging climbs when you want to work for it, and plenty of spots where the river is the whole backdrop. And that’s one of the things I love about living here. You don’t have to drive hours to “get away.” Richmond gives you a little bit of everything right in our backyard.
