Let me help you all understand it. He's actually talking about how we take time and our youthful strength for granted. To explain what he's saying using a simple example, let's say 20yr old can do a task that's supposed to take him or her an hour, but lazy around and spends all night doing it even though he/she can actually finish that task in an hour. On the other hand when you get old, you realise that same task that you could have done in an hour you no longer have the luxury to choose to do it in an hour not because you are lazy but because you simply can't, that's why he said it now takes him all night to do. I hope this helps, and I hope you do what you can now without feeling lazy just because you have the luxury to choose to be lazy. PS: bring me back to this video
