We make Turkish tea, using the two pots, I was told to put the tea in the top pot while the bottom pot boils and then put the boiling water in the top pot, top up the bottom pot and then simmer, have I been doing it wrong ?

Tell Tan that is true, I heard that too although after all these years living here I still prefer a British cuppa & I only drink Çay if I'm having a Turkish breakfast in a restaurant. I don't drink it at home xx
