Hear me out…. H&M Move Biker shorts. Size down. DO NOT BUDGE!!! And they’re less than £15. I typically wear a M in gymshark etc and have these in a S. Perfect!!! 🤩 (and they have with or without pockets)

You should try the sweaty Betty power shorts. The new running ones are ok. But the normal power shorts are great against chub rub. I love the 6inch ones no rolling up zip and phone pockets

I’ve been enjoying the Sweaty betty studio shorts. As someone who’s got thick thighs, they stay in place, they a little bit longer & I use them to run to yoga (perfect from one activity to the other). Sadly they’ve not washed well
