location location location. far away from work so Italians dont want it. takes 10+ hours to get there after you land so foreigners dont want it as a vacation house.

Italian people don't want to buy there because it's isolated. This little cities don't have schools or infrastructures for families and young people, and it's too big for older people. that's why the price is low.

Wow! That a great price but will take a bit to make it look perfect. The thing above the door is called a Supraporta, it’s Latin for Supra Portam meaning “above the door” If it’s ornate and triangular it’s called a Pedament.
