If you need an easy game day appetizer, this Buffalo Chicken Dip is creamy, cheesy, spicy and SO easy to make! 🌶️🧀 It is my most requested recipe ever, perfect for football season, parties, or really any excuse to make a good dip! 😂 If you’ve ever wanted to know how to make a dip so good it’ll have everyone asking you for the recipe? This is it. As always, the full recipe is below so you can make this at home, enjoyyy! ❤️ 🧾 Ingredients 🧾 8 ounces shredded chicken (rotisserie or cooked chicken breast) 8 ounces cream cheese, room temperature 8 ounces sharp cheddar cheese, freshly grated 1/3 cup mayonnaise 1/2 cup Frank’s RedHot Sauce 1/4 teaspoon chicken bouillon 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder 1/2 teaspoon onion powder 1/2 teaspoon paprika 1 teaspoon dried parsley 1-2 celery ribs, 1/4 inch dice 👨‍🍳 Instructions 👨‍🍳 1) Preheat oven to 375°F. Lightly grease a baking dish and set aside. 2) In a large mixing bowl, add the room temperature cream cheese, mayonnaise, Frank’s RedHot Sauce, chicken bouillon, garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, and dried parsley. Begin mixing with a spatula to break up the cream cheese, then switch to a whisk and continue mixing until the sauce is completely smooth and cohesive with no lumps remaining. 3) Prepare the celery by slicing each rib lengthwise into quarters, then chopping crosswise into 1/4 inch pieces. 4) Add the shredded chicken, freshly grated cheddar cheese, and chopped celery to the bowl with the sauce base. Mix thoroughly until all components are evenly coated and well distributed throughout the mixture. 5) Transfer the buffalo chicken mixture into the prepared baking dish and spread into an even layer. 6) Bake at 375°F for 20–30 minutes, or until the dip is fully heated through, bubbling around the edges, and lightly browned on the surface. 7) Remove from the oven and allow the dip to cool for about 5 minutes before serving. This brief rest helps the dip set slightly and makes it easier to scoop. 8) Serve hot with tortilla chips, celery sticks, carrots, or any sturdy chip of your choice. #BuffaloChickenDip #GameDayFood #EasyRecipes #DishwithDrew #TikTokGrowthChallenge
