Good point, but please make sure to include the need for a special high-capacity license in your request to the government. There should be 3 separate license categories based on engine capacity. Allowing anyone with a basic license to ride high-powered bikes will put other road users in serious danger. Adding licensing to your argument makes it a much stronger proposal!
