Those years that my work required me to travel to different states in Nigeria. Whenever I get to hotel reception or at the entrance where people i sense are the owners and workers are, I pretend to make calls by mentioning the name of the hotel and their address. I will then say, you and the boys should come and pick me in the morning. I will also emphasize that I wont leave the hotel if they dont come and pick me😂.

There’s an hotel at Ilorin don’t ever go there. The name is candidate hotel. At Tanke. I was almost a victim of robbery/ ritual.

E get one hotel for ikeja too wey me n my husband slept last year. Someone knocked from after 12 till after 3, we answered from inside that what happen he said his friend was in the room. Funniest part with all the noise the receptionist lied they didn’t hear the noise. God will continue to protect us

whenever I go for a case outside Lagos , I will always make a call in the reception to my family telling them the name of the hotel and my room so if anything happens na Dem o most receptionist dey always look like this guy dey prepare for the worst

I lodged in a hotel right there at Allen . First thing i noticed was a call i received around 12am that someone was looking for me , I told them I wasn’t expecting anyone . And after that I started hearing talk from from the passage , that stopped at some point. And then later I heard a knock on my door for like one minute straight around 1am . I didn’t open or say anything, it later stopped. I use strong mind till I left in the morning without asking any question

Also guys, if you enter an hotel room, especially the low budget ones from 2star below. Make sure you check everything from the door lock, to waste bin, tissue papers, towels and the likes. If anything is not there, make sure you go to the reception to go get them urself. Do not let them bring to you. I had one experience that someone knocked my door around 2am. I woke up and asked who he was and he told me he was room service, that he brought waste bin for me. Lo and behold, there was no waste bin in my room. Omo, I told him that I dont want waste bin 😂. He asked me to open the door 😂, I told him I was calling the police DPO🤣.

I experienced a familiar thing like this in Ile-Ife..I traveled to Ife for a wedding ceremony that will commence on Saturday..I Lodged into a hotel(hotel d ganga) it's beside the same ganga club..bcos I remember I went out to club but I didn't stay long..I went back to my hotel room to sleep cos I was feeling dizzy at d club..not up to 30mins..I started hearing vibration and sound of people mumuring in d hotel passage..I was so scared...an idea just came to mind..I connected my Phone to My Bluetooth Speaker..I called the Bride and started shouting that "they want to Kill me ooo"..My friend replied me and asked me where I was..i told her am at d Ganga oo.. Immediately she said she is coming everywhere went silent...She came with a lot of guys and I went with her ASAP..Since then...I make sure I go d same day the event is occuring.

most of this things happen in some hotel that are not popular' also some quest house. specail most on roadside. my brother/ sister make sure the hotel you want to lodge as a popular name' don't just lodge in hotel or quest house because is cheap. never use hotel 🧼 ' even the towel do not use it. if you mistaken use the towel' put it under the tap and on water on the towel.
