@.cookwithbrooke: Pizza Friday with the ItalianForno 🍕 Before anybody comes for me, I KNOW this technically isn’t a calzone because I refuse to put that nasty ricotta cheese in it. 😂 Call it a stromboli, call it a covered pizza, I don’t care. It was freaking GOOD. I filled it basically like I would a pizza with mozzarella, Monterey Jack, and Parmesan, then folded it over. But the BEST part was the crust. I stuffed halved cheese sticks around the edge and seasoned it with Kinder’s Buttery Garlic & Herb. And I think I’m FINALLY getting this pizza oven down. That bottom crust was crispy and perfectly cooked, the top wasn’t burnt, and every single time I use the ItalianForno it gets better and better. Apparently the learning curve and I are finally on speaking terms. 😂 #pizza #stromboli #pizzafriday #EasyRecipe #food

Nah make your own sauce. Its too easy not to. Grab some San Marzanos, salt and oregano or basil. Both optional. Thats it👍
