this is giving winter in a yog bowl and i just love…my mum said 10/10🍐 (for the blackberry chia jam) you’ll need: - 1 cup fresh / frozen blackberries - 1tbsp chia seeds - 1tbsp honey (for the pear): - 1 ripe pear - 1/4 tsp cinnamon - 1tbsp butter (for the walnut granola): - 2tbsp maple syrup - 1/3 cup oats - a handful of walnuts, finely chopped (to serve): - any yogurt you like! - dark chocolate, finely chopped method: 1. begin by placing the blackberries, chia seeds and honey in a small bowl and pop in the microwave for about 2 minutes. stir and leave to one side (you can do this on the hob if you like!). 2. meanwhile, peel and half the pear lengthways. 3. melt the butter and cinnamon in a small frying pan and place the pear halves flat side down and fry on a medium heat for a few minutes. 4. check after 4-5 minutes to ensure they are golden and not burned (it’s important to make sure the heat isn’t too high as the pear needs to be cooked all the way through. 5. once golden, flip over and cook for another few minutes. 6. remove from the pan and pour in the maple syrup (to the same pan!). 7. add in the oats and walnuts and toss through the juices left in the pan! 8. cook for about 5 minutes, ensuring the oats are golden. gather the granola into one corner and then remove from the heat. 9. begin to assemble your bowl by placing your yogurt of choice in first. 10. then, break up the granola with a wooden spoon. 11. spoon over the granola and then spoon the blackberry jam beside it! 12. carefully place the pears right on top. 13. and don’t forget to sprinkle with dark chocolate… enjoy xxx🍯🍐 #yogurt #breakfast #breakfastrecipes #yogurtbowl #winter
