That wasn’t a new phone. From the box, that appears to be the 12 series which were Launched in 2020 and the last produced models were in September 2023 so there is noooo way you can find a brand new one right now. You were sold a “Boxed unit” instead and lied to that it was new. A boxed unit means they get the box and stickers from China, and repackage the phone. The phone itself is a refurbished unit which clearly had so many compromises.
