@zee_thecook: SCGS Slow-Cooked Brisket (Ugeme/Isifuba Senkomo) Ingredients 1 Tbsp (15 ml) Oil 1,6 kg Brisket 1 Onion, chopped 1 Tbsp (15 ml) Seven Colours Grill SeasoningTM 1 Stock cube 1 tsp (5 ml) Salt and pepper combined 2 fresh Green chillies, chopped (optional) Water Method Heat the oil in a large pot over medium-high heat. Brown the brisket on both sides until well seared. Add the chopped onion, Seven Colours Grill SeasoningTM, stock cube, salt and pepper, and green chillies (if using). Pour in enough water to completely cover the meat. Bring to a boil, then reduce the heat to a gentle simmer. Cover and cook for approximately 3 hours, or until the brisket is tender and pulls apart easily. Serve hot with your favourite Heritage Day sides and enjoy.
