I hit the bottom. it wasn't pretty. but I kept in it. kept trying to win her back. the cycle never ends. it's great, something small triggers her, gets cooler, then cold, then silent. after bringing it up to try and talk about it it ends up being my fault. but now when it happens, I don't capitulate, I push back, and I am OK if she walks out the door. I keep thinking about what next, and that terrified me . I'm kinda ready to be honest. if it weren't for the kids, it would have been years ago
