All is important is if god loves you. god knows how you truly feel. Sunday mass teaches about judgement. even though in roman catholic rules it is considered a mortal sin. nobody is in state of mortal sin even if they miss Sunday mass.. Stop striking fear to people.. God wants people to live in peace. not fear in the third commandment god says "Remember to keep holy the Sabbath day"The specific rule about going to Catholic Mass every Sunday is a law created by the Church, not a rule spoken directly by God.
