the door was cracked open, and the guy literally said he was drunk shes the one who fully opened the door, not him, the order said to just leave it at the door, don't knock or anything. he wasnt laying in perfect view he was on his couch in his own personal home.

I was fighting for my LIFE defending her idc. Stopped talking to my ex for a period of time because she was defending the dude. He was very obviously getting off to it. Not to mention the ONLY CAMERA in the entire video is hidden behind his stuff on his desk facing the door. My guess is was he was recording her reaction. People don’t fall asleep with their elbow straight up in the air, especially when drunk (which is the only way one who reasonably be able to fall asleep in the 10 minutes the DoorDash took place in). Was she wrong for posting the video uncensored? YES. Absolutely. But she was a victim. Point blank period.

As a DoorDasher and normal person if someone’s door is already slightly open and no one is right there, that is slightly concerning I think it’s very reasonable to open the door and make sure everything is ok. She wasn’t asking for it. How are you as a grown man drunk and naked in clear view of your open door when you know someone (especially a woman) is about to come to your house and knock on your door

Yeah it’s a pretty shitty situation because her filming him naked and posting on tik tok is very obviously illegal, but I fully believe he knew exactly what he was doing and it would’ve been impossible to prove without her filming so I understand why she did… frustrating overall but at the end of the day she wasn’t in immediate danger and she should’ve just kept the footage for her personal evidence to take to the police, nottttttt post on tik tok 😭😭😭
