#የወለጋ ኪነት ጓድ Guddattuu Wallagaa በ1968 ዓ/ም ተመስርቶ ካፈራቸው አንጋፋ ስመጥር አርቲስቶች መካከል አንዷ ድምጸ-መራዋዋ ተወደጇ ታጋይ ጓድ ድምፃዊት እልፍነሽ ቀኖ አንዷ ስትሆን ድምፃዊት እልፍነሽ ቀኖ ጥር 6 እና 7 ,1969 ዓ/ም ቅዳሜና እሁድ በፊንፊኔ የኢትዮጵያ ብሄራዊ ቲያትር ግቢ በኦሮሞ ህዝብ ዘመናዊ ታሪክ ምዕራፍ ውስጥ አንድ አዲስ የታሪክ ክስተት ሁኖ በሚጠቀሰው የኦሮሞ ህዝብ ከአፄው መንግሥት ውድቀት ማግስት ለመጀመሪያ ጊዜ ለ24 ሠዓታት ብቻ የተገደበ ቢሆንም የኦሮሞ አርቲስቶች ደራሲያን ጋዜጠኞች የኦሮሞ ህዝብ አንድነት የተቀነቀነበት ፣ የኦሮሞ ታሪክ ባህል እሴትና ማንነት በአደባባይ ለመጀመሪያ ጊዜ በቲያትር ቤት በነፃነት ቀርቦ በራሱ በኦሮሞ ህዝብ ልጆች ኦሮሙማ በተሰበከበት ታሪካዊ እለት ወቅት አንጋፋዋ ድምፃዊት እልፍነሽ ቀኖም በዚህ ታሪካዊ እለት ተሳታፊ ስትሆን በመድረክ ላይም Qawwee male maaltu gabrummaa nu baasaa? የሚል የሙዚቃ ስራዋን ለታዳሚው አቅርባ በኦሮሞ ህዝብ ዘንድ ጎልታ እንድትታወቅ ያደረገላት ጊዜ ነበር ። በዚህ የ24 ሰዓት የኦሮሞ ወግ ባህል ትውውቅ ፊስቲቫል ላይ ከተሳተፉት አንጋፋ አርቲስቶች መካከል የመድረክ መሪው ኩማ ኢዳኤ ፣ ዶ/ር አሊ ቢራ ( Qajimaan daraaree, bilisummaa tantoo sumatu namararee..) ፣ አርቲስት አሻ አመዴ ( bilisummaa deyimaa nyaadhuu mee ilaali , waliigalteen makii jaalalan bul - bulii) ፣ የዳንኤል ነመራ ግጥም በህብረት የተዘፈነ " kottaa aramaa aramnaa midhaan keenya keessa , tuufoo bubuqqifna copha isaatu balle - essaa, የድምፃዊ ዘሪሁን ወዳጆ " .... nurratti kufee turee ba'aan inni gudaan isaa " ፣ እና ድምፃዊ ጋዲሳ አብዱላሂ " Qeerroo Mataa Tuutaa hin jarjartuu suuta" የሚለው ተወዳጅ የመድረክ ስራ ሙዚቃዎች ለታዳሚው አቅርበው ነበር ። አንጋፋዋ አርቲስት ድምፃዊት እልፍነሽ ቀኖ በሃምሌ 3,1989 ዓ/ም በ VOA አፋን ኦሮሞ ፕሮግራም ላይ በሰጠችው ቃለ መጠይቅ የኦሮሞ የኪነጥበብ እድገት ለአለፊት 110 አመታት በኦሮሞ ህዝብ ላይ በሚደርሰው ጭቆና በደልና ግፍ የተነሳ ለበርካታ እንቅፋቶች የተጋለጠና እድገቱም ውስንና ቀጫጫ እንደሆነ የተናገረች ሲሆን በደርግ ዘመን ይደርስባት የነበረውን አድሎ ስትገልጽ ለህዝባዊ መድረክ ዝግጅት ስንት ድካም ደክሜ ስንት ልምምድ አድርጌ ለማቅረብ ስዘጋጅ በርካታ የአማርኛ ዘፈኖች አንዱን ከመሰረዝ ይልቅ አንድ ዘፈን መሰረዝ ይቀናቸው ነበር ስትል በምሬት ትገልፃለች ይላል የሪሳ ጋዜጣ የእለተ ረቡዕ ሃምሌ 16 1989 ዓ/ም እትም ። አንጋፋው ድምፃዊት እልፍነሽ ቀኖ የሙዚቃ ህይዎትን ከጀመረችበት 1968 ዓ/ም ጀምሮ ይደርስባት የነበረው በደል ስታስታውስ ለVOA አፋን ኦሮሞ እንዲህ ትገልፃለች " Qawwee malee maaltu bilisa nubaasa ያለ ጠብመንጃ ነፃነት አይገኝም በሚለው ዘፈኗ በደርግም ሆነ በአሁኑ የአገዛዝ ስርዓት ለእስራት እንግልትና ስቃይ እንደዳረጋትና ይህንን በመዝፈኗ ሊያስወነጅላት እንደማይገባ ትገልፃለች ። ከዚህም ሌላ ተቀጥራ በምትዘፍንባቸው በነበሩት የኪነት ቡድኖች ውስጥ ይደርስባት የነበረው በደል ስትገልጽ " ከኃላየ የተቀጠሩ ዘፋኞች ጥሩ ደመወዝ ሲከፈላቸውና በአጭር ጊዜም እድገትና የደመወዝ ጭማሪ ቦነስ ሲሰጣቸው እኔ አይጨመርልኝም አለቃየንም ገብቸ እኔ ምን በደልኩ ደመወዜ ድሮ በተቀጠርኩበት እንዳለ ነው ወይ እንደ አዲስ ቅጠሩኝና እንደ አዲስ ዘፋኞች የሚከፈለውን ይከፈለኝ ብዩ ስጠይቅ ደግሞ አንድ ጋል. ኛ ለምትዘፍኝው ሙዚቃ ለምትጫዎችው የሚከፈልሽ ደመወዝ እንዴት አነሰኝ ትያለሽ ተብየ ይመለስልኛል ይህም የህሊና ቁስል ሁኖ ይሰማኛል ትላለች። ሌላው ስለ ካሴት ስራ ስትጠየቅ ለVOA የመለሰችው በአፋን ኦሮሞ የኪነጥበብ እድገት ላይ እንቅፋት ከሆኑት ሁኔታዎች መካከል ገንዘብ ጉልበት እውቀት ፈሶበት ተቀነባብሮ የሚዘጋጀውን የሙዚቃ ካሴት ለገበያ ሲቀርብ ከአከፋፋዩ ጀምሮ በተለያዩ መሰናክሎችና ሰበብአስባብ ምክንያት ካሴቱ ሳይሸጥ ቀርቶ ለኪሳራ እንዳረጋለን ። VOA በአሁኑ ወቅት (ሃምሌ 1989) ስላለችበት ሁኔታ ሲጠይቃት " ወደፊት እቅዴ በሙዚቃ የሙያ ዘርፍ ለተተኪው ትውልድ ያለኝን ልምድና ሙያ ለማካፈል ፍላጎት ቢኖረኝም በአቅም ውስንነት ምክንያት ለልምምድ አጋዥ የሆነ የሙዚቃ መሳሪያ የሌለኝ በመሆኑ ይህ ሃሳቤ ሊሳካልኝ አልቻለም ። በመሆኑም እያንዳንዱ የኦሮሞ ተወላጅ ለኪነጥበብ እድገቱ አስተዋጽኦ ማበርከት ህጋዊ መብቱ እንጅ ፓለቲካዊ ስላልሆነ ሃላፊነት ተሰምቶት የአቅሙን እገዛ እንደሚያደርግ እምነቴ የፀና ነው " ስትል ትገልፃለች። አንጋፋዋ ድምፃዊት ታጋይ እልፍነሽ ቀኖ በቢልሱማ ባንድ : በShanan Gada Band ( G-5 Band) እና ሌሎች የሙዚቃ ባንዶች ጋር በርካታ የመድረክ ሙዚቃዎች የሰራች ሲሆን በክር ካሴት ደረጃ በጋራና በግሏ ከ9 በላይ አልበሞችን አሳትማለች ተሳትፋለች ፣ ድምፃዊት እልፍነሽ ቀኖ በኦሮሞ ህዝብ የፍትህ የእኩልነት የነፃነት የዴሞክራሲ ትግል ውስጥ ከ1960ዎቹ መገባደጃ ጀምሮ ህይወቷ እስካለፈት ቀን ድረስ ያለመታከት በኪነጥበቡ ዘርፍ ላቅ ያለ የትግል ተሳትፎ ያደረገች ሲሆን በኦሮሞ ህዝብ የፓለቲካ ትግል ውስጥ የትውልድ የትግል አርዓያ ስትሆን ከሊቅ እስከ ደቂቅ በሁሉም ዘንድ በክብር ተወዳጅ አርቲስት ነበረች። ስም ከመቃብር በላይ ነው ታጋይ ድምፃዊት እልፍነሽ ቀና በኦሮሞ ህዝብ የፍትህ የእኩልነት የነፃነት ትግል ታሪክ ውስጥ በነበራት ደማቅ ታሪክ ስሟና የኪነጥበብ ስራዎቿ በወርቅ ቀለም የተፃፈና በትውልድና በታሪክ ውስጥ ሁሌም የሚዘከር ነው። በሰላም እረፊ ፣ ለመላው ቤተሰቦችሽ : ለኦሮሞ ህዝብ : ለአድናቂዎችሽ በሙሉ ፈጣሪ መጽናናትን ይስጥልን 🙏
