@moneycoachdave: How Much to Invest Each Month to Become a Millionaire? If you’re starting late, the numbers may sting. But they’re not impossible. And if you’re young, or you’re helping your kids start investing early, this information could be life-changing. Compound interest and the time value of money always amaze me. How old were you when you started investing? #InvestingforBeginners #Investing101 #PersonalFinance #FinancialLiteracy #Millionaire
I’m 19 years old and have invested about €100 a month for the past year and planning to continue and even raise my monthly investment when I earn more ( right now I make 700 a month )

I opened a taxable brokerage youth account for my kids at age 13. When you start that early it’s even less. We played around with an investment calculator and they were excited.

can you do another list like this but take inflation into account and figure out how much you would have to invest to have the same buying power as a million dollars today

You should run this down to age 1, I invest monthly into a custodian account for my 3 year old daughter and every parent out there should be doing the same for their kids

36. Currently about $1100/month with employer contributions. Starting next year it'll be $1400. I've always saved at least 8%. I still worry it won't be enough to be set for retirement but I know people doing way way less who aren't worried 😵💫
