Nearly a year off it and don’t miss it one bit. I used to be a real weekend warrior for so long and I eventually realised it stopped being fun a long time ago. Once I realised that it was a lot easier to quit.

for 30 yrs I was a heavy drinker going out at least 4 nights a week if not more ...I woke up one day about 8 yrs ago and just stopped and glad I did ...I very seldom have a drink now maybe one or 2 on Xmas day

👏👏👏👏 100%. I don’t do a few beers. We’re either doing it or we’re not.🙈 But there is nothing even close to waking up at 7am on a Sunday and feeling great. Took a while to figure that out 😂😂😂 but it’s just a negative thing now.
