Are obsidian vaults actually useful or flashy? The short answer is they are flashy because there's a difference between workflows and agents and one costs more and one costs less. When you're building an automation, you are saving and extracting some knowledge into a database, whether it be a Postgres, whether it be a knowledge rag database, doesn't really matter, you are storing information. If you have an agent that is doing every single step of that automation, that's equivalent to like hiring a senior engineer to manage every task in a department of let's say three people where some people are interns, where you have your senior person doing intern work and high level work, so matter what jobs that you give him.
