Reddington wanted a bifurcated case. That means the state had to prove beyond reasonable doubt that she actually committed the crimes and then once they’ve done that they would plead insanity. The judge said that they wouldn’t be able to do the bifurcated case so they had to go in saying that it had happened under the reasons of mental deficiency. At the end the DA still has to prove beyond the reasonable doubt that she committed these crimes. The DA could not prove beyond reasonable doubt that she did this. There was no physical evidence linking her or connecting her to the murders. The reason that they “admitted “ was because if the jury did convict her, she would be guilty by reasons of mental deficiency. That left her in an almost impossible situation.

This is absolutely sad that this is going on as long as it has and it’s all based on hearsay of her ex-husband when there’s clear evidence that he’s lying there’s clear evidence that he could’ve possibly have done it because his print are the only ones on the murder weapon. This is just disgusting and I feel so sorry for this young lady.

This is why I’m convinced Reddington didn’t object to 90% of the prosecution’s leading questions. Also an injured person can deteriorate yet prosecution said she might stop having a spine injury 🤷‍♀️

somebody pointed out that the picture of the kids boots and the parents' boots by the front or back door. that both of the boots are the same side. like they're both left boots for the adult pair. where's the right boot? where are both of the right boots? do they match the bloody boot print in the bedroom?
