okay, we knew there were four major fineries that were planning to leave California even though it was going to cost them in the billions to shut down and move their operations to Texas. they're tired of being fined. hundreds of thousands of dollars everyday from the state of California, but didn't Donald Trump tell them that they could not leave California for national security. didn't he make that a national security issue and forced them to stay open so gas prices don't soar? I think you should double check that
