You know what, I applied to a job makes almost $20k more than I was, barely sure I met the qualifications and after the first in person interview I was certain I was wasn’t getting a call back. I’m 3 months in to said job. Just apply!!

Yeah, but then you have to work a job you’re not quite qualified for, and will likely struggle. I know many people don’t have a problem giving a half-ass performance, but I’d be too stressed out.

Thats the trick women arent getting. Realize the majority of job makers, modern inventors, & business/property owners are men. The hiring process has been a Litmus test for generations regardless of your sex. You gals are still "looking for jobs" while men own the assets youre paid to move or use at said job. They are paying you less too, right, for 90% of the work, RIGHT?? Then eventually laying you off for "cutbacks" yea? Like a Hinge date ghosting you. Youre getting screwed. Open your eyes as to why men are doing less across the board yet still on top of you.
