tbh, I don't think that the global side of Infold is the one making the decisions. They are the middle man. cn vip players have been posting that at least they have been getting personalized answers back from PG when specifically asking about Valko (when before it triggered an automated customer service response). It's also good to be cautious, but I'll be saving this post to come back and comment if there are any positive changes regarding the wolf in the future.
