It appears she only fired once. So I wouldnt think she was intending to kill the guy. Its sad he died, but if he was chasing her he was in the wrong. The only question is, what were his actual intentions in that moment. Under those laws she's protected by not allowing it to unfold that way all the way🤷🏽♂️

He was warned and continued threatening her and used physical intimidation by pressing forward towards her. She retreated more than she needed to. It was self defense and he should have not pursued her to that extent.

He had no right to pursue her like that he came after her. She was apparently ready for him and fortunately, so! if that gun didn’t scare him off, then he was a real threat for sure. Male aggression is a very scary thing and no woman should have to succumb to that
