Lots of people have asked for how to do each step of the sit to stand exercise. So first step is getting those hips and knees to be less creaky and more mobile. It took me weeks to get this far. I was really bad to start with! So give it a good go. I have been reassured that most people with hip or knee replacements can do this… even the kneeling bit. Google agreed when I checked.
