On September 8, the Church will joyfully celebrate the Feast of the Nativity of the Blessed Virgin Mary, the Mother of Jesus Christ and the Mother of the Church. Her birth will remind us of the dawn of hope for humanity, for from her would come our Savior, Jesus Christ. As we prepare to commemorate this joyous feast, may we look to Mary as a model of humility, faith, and unwavering trust in God.
