@_cg_the_artist_: (idc that it’s 8 years old, plenty of people are just now playing it for the first time like me lol) This game bro. I don’t know why I’d never had much of an interest in playing it before, but I was browsing the PlayStation store and saw that the ultimate edition was on sale so I figured it was finally time I played what I already knew to be a VERY popular game. Best decision I’ve made this year bro 🤧 Maybe I just feel extra strongly about it since I’m hyperfixating on it right now, but this game might genuinely be the BEST one I’ve ever played. The story was AMAZING, and the cast of characters was so enjoyable (even the less savory people lol). The scenery in-game was beautiful; I took so many screenshots and it really puts me in a drawing mood. Each character was unique and stood out from each other and it really made for a very interesting plot. The music throughout the entire thing was also amazing. I mean, I’m pretty taken with music in media almost every time I play a game or watch a show or movie or something, but seriously, this game’s soundtrack was PEAK 🔥 These are drawings and sketches from before I finished the game to now. Some are just small things from my game notes (and there was one more I’d intended to finish but hadn’t gotten around to 😞) and then others I’d sat down and dedicated more time to (like the first slide which took way too long lol). As of posting this I’m actually already nearing the end of RDR1; I’d meant to make this post sooner but finishing the digital piece of Arthur’s grave took longer than anticipated, but I’m glad I’m at least getting this out before beating RDR1. Also I think I’ve already been spoiled on something that happens in that game, and I’d be less mad if it was something I knew prior to playing (you know, since the game is 13 years old or so now), but it was basically SHOVED in my face on TikTok for NO REASON BRO I WASN’T SEARCHING ANYTHING RELATED TO THAT AT ALL 🫩🫩 I’m just trying to ignore it and like I’m gonna get to the end of the game soon anyway but it still makes me mad every time I think about it. #fyp #art #drawing #digitalart #rdr2
