I absolutely despise being suggestive sold. I've walked away entirely because the cashier was overly aggressive in suggestive selling. I'm a grown ass adult, 2 or more times older than the person behind the counter. I know what I'm willing to purchase way better than anyone else in this world. I've decided 10 minutes ago in the car. as far as the tip, if I am standing up when I order, there will be zero tip. Don't invite a refusal by asking for a tip.

And this is why I place a mobile order on the app. All I do is go in, say I have a pickup order, get it right away all bagged up, then leave. Minimal interaction and I know exactly what is in there with no upselling
