lower his ults cooldown to 30s-20s, He's too ult reliant but thats his point go in and expect immortality, he is to vulnerable unlike other dmg exps who has a way to escape like sun or wont be punished for rushing like thamuz with his insane dmg pool and sustain. If someone as annoying as miya can have a free dodge ult every 15s, then an atk speed fighter whos thing is too brawl should always have his immortality ready for clashing.

We just want a burst Argus, not a sustainable Argus, because Argus is most likely ultimate dependent. You won't be facing a clash every time in a game, and they will just try to micro you until your ultimate is done.
