I was there yesterday with my boys. The food was delicious. I had the smoked brisket & smoked carnitas with mac & cheese and potatoes on the side. Highly recommend.

Hi 👋🏼 so what we know today as Barbecue came from The Taino people of Quisqueya modern day DR and Haiti. They called it Barbacoa a tradition of slow-cooking and smoking meat over a fire. The Spanish brought it over to what is now Texas. That’s why we’re so good at it, it was ours first.

Too expensive.Idk the brisket was the best thing with the green sauce but the sauce needs heat. Mac and cheese was okay.. Coleslaw not so good. Would I go back ? Nope.

My very unpopular opinion for BBQ restaurants is that sausage links are always some of the best smoked meats you can get at a place. Even if it’s just your classic or jalapeño in cheddar… always has amazing flavor… case in point the smoke longinisa sounds absolutely amazing.
