A lot of things happened there and I still didn’t understand any of that I’m so confused

I feel like Defne’s family pressured him to leave. I think Defne got shot and maybe Kader the little boy’s mama reached out to Defne. She met her and decided the best thing for her little boy was Defne. Kadir is going to be jealous again because Defne will be around Tolga since he is the father. Then it will look on the outside that they are trying to be a happy family. These writer are beginning to frustrate me they could have come up with a different plot. It looks like Kadir has been in a fight and I wonder if that is like a flash back whenever they are talking at the beginning or did Defne do that to him. I would love for Defne to rough him up a little. I hope the ice melts in this episode fairly quickly because this is terrible.

But the turn of évents is so weird and I feel like he would have never left her unless her family pressured him to just disappear ?
