BÀI DỰ THI CHẶNG 3: Đến tận chặng dự thi số 03 mình mới dần hiểu dụng ý nghệ thuật của CĐT Masterise Homes khi phát động cuộc thi video theo một phong cách... khác biệt, có 1-0-2 này! Thi 4 chặng, 4 bài thi theo từng tuần, mỗi tuần 1 chủ đề khác nhau không lặp lại, xoay quanh việc chia sẻ câu chuyện làm nghề. Ban đầu, mình tin là thành viên CLB Ngôi Sao nào tham gia cũng muốn nộp những Video SANG - XỊN - MỊN. Nhìn vào đã phải toát ra "vibe" luxury. Nhưng kết quả là sao, những video đạt TOP lại là những video "đời" nhất, là những video các anh các chị sales chia sẻ lại một cách chân thành, chân thực về hành trình làm BĐS thế nào, gắn bó với các sản phẩm của Masterise Homes ra sao. Và đúng thật, là khi xem những video KỂ CHUYỆN real, vẫn cuốn hơn nhiều so với diễn những viễn cảnh sang trọng nhưng câu từ lại bay bổng quá. Thêm một điều mình vừa mới "tỉnh ngộ" khi up video Chặng 3 này, đó là việc bản thân mỗi thành viên CLB Ngôi Sao khi tham gia cuộc thi đều có cơ hội tự nhìn nhận và soi chiếu lại qua từ thước phim nhỏ. Từ đó phần nào push tinh thần làm video ĐỀU hơn, biến việc NGỒI XUỐNG - ĐẶT MÁY & NÓI thành một thói quen hàng tuần, rồi dần thì hàng ngày. Không cần áp lực việc cầu kỳ quá. Sau 2 tuần may mắn đều lọt TOP 20 nhưng thực sự bài thi của mình như kiểu "ngồi ngay ngắn, lắng nghe & học các anh chị đê Giang ơiiiii".
