If you’re dealing with inflammation I would suggest a Mediator Response Test (MRT). A few places will do them and send someone to do the blood draw at your house. I did one like 4-5 years ago when I literally felt like I was dying and my docs were telling me everything was fine. Best $300 I ever spent!

I'm in a glp-1 and have lost 10 pounds in 5 weeks. I'm prioritizing protein and lifting weights so I don't lose muscle. the glp-1 I'm on is mostly for diabetes, not weightloss. but it has helped somewhat with my food noise.
