True Sir,Patience and discipline pays.. I remember when i started i was taking almost 10trades, no journaling just gambling and gambling atleast now i journal and wait for my set up to show up before taking any trade not yet successful but atleast i have improved no more overtrading

That's why i tell newbies i cant teach. Twenty years in trading , me sef still dey learn. Every cycle brings new experience. The psychology part of trading is very difficult, only experience can take you through that phase and that includes losses. Kudos boss!
