Curious about late puberty. My son is 14 but does not have any of the changes I would have expected to see yet (growth, body/facial hair). All through his childhood he was in the 95th percentile for height. Now he’s in the 38th. He would not let the pediatrician look at his privates to do a quick assessment of where he was at.

My boys all started before 9 according to our pediatrician however the Endocrinologist said it was fine bc I got my period at 8 👀

Wait what if I started puberty at 8 years old as boy? I was 3ft 10 but I shot up during that when puberty started early and I was already 4ft 10 at 10. Is this fine, cause for some reason I a don't know why but I'm still not stopping in height cause at 14 I was like 5 8.5 and just 3 months later I am 5 10 already somehow at 14 years old and 3 months. Is this abnormal or am I ending too short compared to potential or too tall ?
