Well your hair still looks nice , FYI -I learned there is a huge value emotionally to being thankful for what you have. Starting with your health,shelter food and transportation. Just imagine any of those four missing. Your Health first for sure. If some reason today is not a good day .Tomorrow is always a new day to start fresh if needed .Yesterday is history. You have a lot of tech skills ,you could get a lot more uplifting not toxic things comming your way.
