When you “donate to science” do you know where they go? Like do they tell you what “science” they’re being sent off to do?

We were very luck did 1 ER & got 1 pgta normal embryo, he stuck and now we have a son. But we did have 3 abnormal embryos that we donated to science. We are 95% sure we are one & done. Even though my husband’s work would pay for another round, I took it as a sign that we got one embryo it worked let’s walk away on a high note. I actually had my tube (lost the other one to an ectopic a few years back) removed during c section, we are really good at getting pregnant not good at staying pregnant with our home-made embryos
