I bought this and it does seem like a very hydrating cream it certainly does not tingle and “suck” in your eye bags. As a regular eye moisturizer it is really nice however.

Does it wrinkle weird when you smile tho?! I have tried several eye tightening products and it looks so strange when you go to smile and move your face. 😅
