We have a sweet girl like this. Do we loose sleep, sure. Would we ever get rid of her for having an opinion and wanting to be heard? No. Pets are lifetime commitments. Stop returning them for little flaws. We all have them. Just gotta work them.

This is beautiful. Our girl Hanna was left outside shelter in a carrier, and then returned multiple times for not defending herself against other cats. If you are imprinted the love is endless. She now follows me around everywhere and when I pick her up she hugs and smiles.
