my sister's maid of honor ordered a pink dress (my sister's wedding color was yellow) but didnt tell my sister until she flew in for the wedding. She didn't like the color yellow, so she wasn't going to buy a yellow dress. so the morning of the wedding we were scrambling trying to add pink flowers into the decor. i told my sister if it was me, she would just be sitting with the guests.

I kicked a bridesmaid out of my wedding the night before the wedding. She chose to go to a college party rather than attend the dress rehearsal. We had all the dresses, so we a different friend of mine fill in for her. The dress was a little bit too short but it wasn’t super noticeable. Haven’t seen or talked to that bridesmaids since haven’t even heard anything about her. It’s been 30 years.
